Viking Ship "Mjøsen lange" has home port in Lillehammer. It is owned by a foundation and used on lake Mjøsa and abroad on Viking festivals and events to disseminate knowledge of clinker built wooden boats and sailing with a square sail. The boat was purchased in 1996 by Jacob Helset Bjørkedalen. The Foundation collaborates with Lillehammer Row- and kayakingclub.
